Reed Talent Solutions are currently working with a Central London based NHS Trust to recruit a Capital Projects Manager on a permanent basis. The post-holder will join a highly skilled projects team, supporting the delivery of a variety of projects across
the Trust.
Role Information
Permanent Salary: £66,718 to £76,271Location: Canary Wharf Key Responsibilities
Capital Project Manager will, using their knowledge, skills and experience, deliver projects across all project stages at all Trust sites, engaging with and supporting internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of the projects.Lead design teams, the financial and programme management of projects, advising and supporting in funding and other approvals and take responsibility for leading projects to handover and operational completion.Ensure all project processes are followed, establish and oversee efficient project administrative systems aligning with all Trust policies and procedures so that we can deliver a compliant and professional project delivery service for the Trust.Lead on the delivery of clinical and non-clinical refurbishment and new build projects across the Trust. We do this through providing support and guidance to key project stakeholders in delivering their requirements for strategic change across all sites
and through all project stages, understanding their requirements and developing these into exceptional built facilities for healthcare. Essential Criteria
Experience of construction/built environment project implementation from both in-house design and project management of consultant design teams, including experience in conversion, refurbishment, and new build schemes.Experience of managing large capital projects to successful conclusion to cost and time.Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary project management environment.Experience of standard forms of contract and budgetary control in the public sector.Ability to develop and manage complex project programmes.Ability to establish respected, trusted, and constructive relationships across agencies and professional groups.
