Hybrid in Gloucestershire Contract £700-750 per day inside IR35

We're currently seeking an accomplished and highly ambitious Capability Developer to work with our exceptional client, a world class brand in a secure environment.

This contract roles will require you to conduct security clearance prior to assignment or hold a valid DV clearance. Role will commence in April 2025

This Capability Developer role is conducted in an environment that is far from ordinary, therefore, we're not looking for ordinary. You'll have the potential to work effectively across a large number of teams and a diverse range of projects within our technology community. You will be encouraged and assisted to enhance your skills on unique projects.

You will be able to demonstrate your enthusiasm

and experience of working in small, diverse, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver flexible and outstanding solutions for internal and external

senior stakeholders. Exceptional stakeholder management skills are a must. Highly analytical, flexible and persuasive, with first-class influencing skills, you'll possess the ability to build effective relationships and drive high impact, lasting change across the organisation.

We are seeking an individual who has in depth knowledge of Red Team Operations and capability builds, with the ability to develop both Red Team infrastructure and techniques. The right candidate will have sound knowledge and experience in Red Teams, a deep understanding of Operating System architecture, and Red Team tactics, techniques, procedures, and tools. This includes initial access, lateral movement, and persistence techniques.
