Property Leasing Sales Specialist
Our client is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Leasing Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Property Leasing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for sourcing landlords and assisting them in leasing their properties, as well as identifying suitable tenants to meet their needs. If you have sales experience, fluency in Cantonese, and a solid understanding of leasing regulations in the UK, then you could be the perfect fit for us.
Title: Cantonese speaking Property Leasing Sales
Salary: Up to £35,000 + commission
Location: Central Manchester (fully onsite)
Languages: Fluent in Cantonese and English
Responsibilities

• Liaise with landlords to assist in leasing their properties, providing professional advice and services.
• Screen and manage prospective tenants to facilitate successful leasing transactions.
• Familiarity with and adherence to leasing regulations in the UK to ensure all transactions are legal and compliant.

Requirements

• Experience in real estate or sales with knowledge of the property market and leasing industry in the UK
• Fluent in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) and English
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively handle various leasing-related matters.
