As more Chinese speaking HNW clients are looking for properties in the UK, my client is looking for Mandarin + Cantonese speaking Sales consultant to provide a professional and efficient service to all prospective and current customers to secure the required profitable sales with the aim of achieving financial targets. This role is to provide an excellent customer experience in accordance with the commitments and ambitions of the company's vision.Location: West London (Staines-upon-Thames) (fully onsite)Languages: Fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin + Cantonese)Contract: PermanentVisa: The successful candidates need to have eligible work visa without sponsorship (now or in the future).Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate potential sales leads in addition to those created by marketing activityApply effective sales skills to exceed required profitable sales targetEffectively manage the sales database to optimise opportunitiesConduct viewings of the marketing suites appropriate with agents and potential buyers from the Chinese marketEffectively manage all customers and deliver excellent customer serviceAnticipate and manage cancellations, minimise cancellation rateAssist the Sales and Marketing teams in the preparation of onsite events for Chinese and international marketsPreferred
