Location: Sheffield, S11
Annual Salary: £28,000 - £33,000
Hours: 40 per week
Contract: Permanent

As the Candidate Experience Manager you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging experience for candidates throughout both the recruitment process and candidate journey and life cycle. You will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent, enhancing our customer facing brand, and ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment experience.
You will play a pivotal role in driving our digital offering to schools and teachers across England initially.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy:
Develop the vision and strategy for candidate experience within the business, leveraging our strong existing position and establishing new value-adding strategies and processes.
Onboarding Experience:
Develop and implement an engaging and informative onboarding process for new supply staff, ensuring they feel welcomed, supported, and equipped to succeed in their roles from day one.
Personalised Support:
Provide personalised support to educational supply staff, serving as a dedicated point of contact for any queries, concerns, or feedback they may have throughout their engagement with the us
Retention & Resolution:
Take a proactive approach to fixing candidate problems, large and small and develop retention and winback strategies, ensuring robust processes are in place to ensure candidates receive a world class service, retaining candidates and minimising churn
Continuous Professional Development (CPD):
Design and facilitate CPD programs and initiatives tailored to the needs and interests of supply staff, including workshops, training sessions, and networking events aimed at enhancing their skills and advancing their careers.
Innovative Experiences:
Identify opportunities to introduce innovative experiences and initiatives that differentiate our offering and enhance the overall experience of our supply staff
Feedback and Evaluation:
Collect feedback from supply staff through surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one meetings to assess satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement in the candidate experience.
Collaboration and Partnership:
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, compliance, and operations, to ensure a seamless and cohesive experience for supply staff across all touchpoints.
Market Research:
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to candidate experience and CPD in the education sector, incorporating insights into the development of new initiatives.
Requirements
We're interested in anyone who meets one, or a combination of the following:
Proven experience and value delivery in Customer or Candidate Experience in other organisations, with a demonstrable passion for customer/candidate success
Experienced across a range of CX disciplines and functional areas, with proven experience of driving value through these
Excellent problem solving and analysis skills, combined with the ability to troubleshoot and proactively resolve issues with data and influence.
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail, process-orientated with project management experience.
Motivated, proactive and willing to advocate on behalf of the candidate
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align communication efforts with organisational goals.
Cross-cultural sensitivity and an understanding of the challenges of a global workforce.
A strong practical understanding of commerciality and the importance of a strong financial profile.
