Adecco are currently recruiting for a Candidate Consultant to join a large, friendly and supportive team on a permanent basis, specialising in Public Sector Contract recruitment.
Working for an award winning organisation the duties of the Candidate Consultant would include;
- Manged the 360 degree recruitment process from sourcing and submitting the candidates to the client to completing compliance in line with government and company guidelines.
- Developing long term professional business relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Providing a specialist consultative service by developing a thorough understanding of your sector. This involves truly understanding the client's recruitment needs.
- Sourcing and successfully placing candidates into roles
- Delivering a high level of customer service to all clients, candidates and colleagues.
- Professional communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and self-motivated to work towards target.
- Good attention to detail and strong IT are desirable.
- Previous experience in recruitment would be advantageous.
