Campaign Marketing Manager
The Campaign Marketing Manager will work within the UK Marketing team to meet ClearScore’s ambitious growth objectives. You will work closely with the Go-to-market teams and broader marketing, product and commercial teams to achieve our acquisition, retention and revenue plan.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, your time will be split between planning, delivering and analysing the performance of our integrated marketing activity. You’ll excel at project management, be experienced at creating insight-led briefs, and have proven success across ATL & BTL media channels. We’re looking for someone highly analytical, with great attention to detail, and a track record of understanding marketing metrics and making recommendations.
What you will be doing:
Campaign and Marketing Planning
Project manage go-to-market campaigns including seasonal moments, new product launches and commercial initiatives
Lead on marketing partnership opportunities, owning end-to-end review, scoping, proposing the right partners and in-flight and post campaign analysis
Create insight-led, inspiring briefs for internal teams and agency partners
Establishing the media mix and compiling creative requirements from wider marketing team to deliver against
Define and lead monthly campaign ‘kick-off’ sessions with internal teams and agency partners
Marketing delivery
Project management of marketing campaigns from insight and idea generation through to implementation and analysis
Working with upstream global teams to deliver and execute new product initatives in local market with supporting comms plan
Collaborate with multiple agencies to deliver TTL creative
Partner with the commercial team to secure exclusive offers from our partners, and communicate these through TTL comms
Marketing reporting and analysis
Track and communicate marketing performance
Analyse and optimise offline media performance
Recommend new growth opportunities, and support the wider marketing team to deliver the marketing experimentation plan
Skills we'd love you to have
Proven success working across the full marketing mix, with strong ATL experience
A natural planner - ability to coordinate and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional marketing comms, through strong project management
Highly analytical and data ddriven - excited by and proficient at numerical marketing and able to use data to make informed decisons
Confident working alongside and influencing senior stakeholders
Strong writing, communication and presentation skills
Organised, proactive, and great attention to detail
Positive attitude, able to work under pressure and within a moving framework
