With a subsidised canteen, free parking and a comfortable, relaxed environment, we’ve worked hard to build an office you’ll want to work in.Employment Type: Full-TimeLocation: Yeovil, Somerset, UKPostal Code:ResponsibilitiesBrief the respective channels, holding the tension to ensure we have consistent execution on a campaign propositions.Collaborate with the lead creative, internal and media agencies to develop creative and build strong media plans to effectively reach our customers.Interpret the campaign propositions into briefs that are going to get the creative juices flowing – including seasonal, brand, service and category campaignsEnsure that the right creative resource [amount and level] is allocated to our campaignsTaking the initial allocation of budget from the customer planning team, work directly with the media agency develop effective media plans across our bought and owned channels – through to the buying of the mediaHold the tension across the channels to ensure we get consistent execution of campaigns – culminating in the ‘Gate 3’ which is the showcase to senior stakeholdersWorking closely with the PR & Social teams – to develop integrated plans for PR and social channelsDevelop a strong network with commercial and digital to develop the best customer offerTake the ROI plan and execute to the local market requirementsEffectively manage your part of a multi million pound budget to forecast whilst always looking for opportunities to improve effectivenessProtect and drive our brand, working on a specific element of our proposition to ensure that we express the brand to customers in the most effective way.QualificationsAn ability to inspire others to develop creative ideasStrong judgement – able to articulate why something does / doesn’t meet a briefCommercial acumen, able to understand and challenge to get the best customer offerBudget managementA project manager who can manage multiple prioritiesAble to identify what needs to be done and doesn’t wait for instruction to make the right thing happenAble to engage effectively with Dofs and peersAble to turn insight and strategy into action and plansDon’t miss out on any job opportunities to reach your career goals.
