Built on an art school mentality that stretches back decades to our founder, we have a talented family of agencies – DIABOLICAL, JACK and JACK ARTS – who specialise in their own sectors to produce street-level poster campaigns, creative billboards, hand-painted murals, interactive installations, ambient activities, and unique experiential campaigns, creating authentic interactions with people on the street.

Role Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join BUILDHOLLYWOOD as a Campaign Coordinator. You would hold an essential support role, ensuring the successful running of campaigns. If you have strong administration experience and enjoy working in creative industries, with a particular love for music, arts, and fashion this could be the perfect role for you!
What You’ll be Doing:
Create proposals and support the team to provide full responses to briefs.
Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure campaign deliverables such as artwork and posting instructions are supplied.
Managing client PO systems.
Compiling and collating photos of our campaigns.
Attend weekly brainstorm for creative projects.
Dealing with client email enquiries and phone calls when Account Managers are unavailable, problem solving to manage client requests.
Booking team travel, hotels, lunches, and meetings.
Keep up to speed with industry knowledge and share with the team including great campaigns, big moves and new signings.
Research upcoming events, releases and products.
Create administrative internal documents when required.
About You:
Strong attention to detail.
Great organisational skills.
Ability to plan and manage your own workload.
Experience of working in an admin role and working to deadlines.
An interest in music, arts, fashion, or the creative industry would be really beneficial.
A competitive salary of £28k-£30k plus bonus scheme to share in company successes.
£1k yearly London travel allowance.
25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and an additional day off to celebrate your birthday (rising to 30 days after 5 years’ service).
