The Role:
As a call handler/customer service operative you will be assisting residents with their issues, answering calls and booking appointments for our operatives to visit their properties and undertake works (plumbing/electrical faults etc..)
This will include:
- Answering incoming calls from residents with regards to repair issues
- Understanding and diagnosing repair requests
- Managing incoming repairs inbox and allocating repair works appropriately
- Scheduling work for operatives to attend properties and undertake works
About You:
- Solid customer service background
- Excellent communications skills, able to liaise effectively at all levels
- Able to build solid working relationships with customers and contractors
- Excellent organisation skills
- Good attention to detail
- A positive "can do attitude"
- Able to work in a fast paced and often pressurised environment
- Computer literate, a good knowledge of Microsoft applications
Monday to Friday: Full Time 08.30-5pm
