The Role:



As a call handler/customer service operative you will be assisting residents with their issues, answering calls and booking appointments for our operatives to visit their properties and undertake works (plumbing/electrical faults etc..) 



This will include:




  • Answering incoming calls from residents with regards to repair issues

  • Understanding and diagnosing repair requests

  • Managing incoming repairs inbox and allocating repair works appropriately

  • Scheduling work for operatives to attend properties and undertake works



About You:




  • Solid customer service background

  • Excellent communications skills, able to liaise effectively at all levels

  • Able to build solid working relationships with customers and contractors

  • Excellent organisation skills

  • Good attention to detail

  • A positive "can do attitude"

  • Able to work in a fast paced and often pressurised environment 

  • Computer literate, a good knowledge of Microsoft applications



Monday to Friday: Full Time 08.30-5pm
