We are seeking a Nightshift Alarm Handler to join our clients team who are based within Hillington Renfrewshire.
This is a fully on site role with no option for remote working or a hybrid option
What does the role involve?
You will be working within a contact centre environment and be the first point of contact for a variety of customers within Retail, Commercial, Industrial, Public Sector and Hospitality sectors.
- Provide first stage assistance for customers with issues
- Investigate alarms and collaborate with sites to determine a repair plan
- Add clear and concise notes for every alarm to allow all parties to understand what action has been taken
- Raise service requests for customer's contractors to attend site and repair the cause of the alarm
- Ensure jobs are closed off and customers are satisfied with level of service
Are you right for the role?
- Previous experience in a Call Centre or similar customer service role is essential!
- Can you commit to working a night shift pattern?
- Do you have outstanding written and oral communication skills?
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and attitude required.
- Demonstrated flexibility, diligence, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work harmoniously within a team.
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance record.
Shift Pattern
Shifts can be subject to change so some flexibility is important.
- Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
- One Saturday shift every 4 weeks, plus
- Participation in the summer on-call rota.
