Huntswood is looking for a talented and experienced team leader to join a growing campaign within the financial services sector.

Working on a hybrid basis from our Glasgow office you will support a team of call agents managing customers calls regarding financial products. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team and also supporting them with customers where needed.

The ideal Team Leader will have

A minimum of 12-18 month's experience managing a customer service team within a contact centre environment
Experience managing client relationships is essential
Excellent external and internal stakeholder management skills
Financial Services experience would be desirable
Ability to demonstrate a high degree of customer service awareness
Experienced coach and developer for staff
Ability to work between Monday to Sunday 8am to 8pm on rotational shiftsWhat you will get from Huntswood
