CALL CENTRE AGENT position - THAME

Monday - Friday 8-5pm, 4pm finish on Friday

Fully office based

Telephone/Customer service experience preffered.

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading construction company in the recruiting of a Call Centre Agent for their office in Thame.

We are not looking for someone with previous construction knowledge just for someone who is friendly and able to speak confidently over the phone.

You will be the first point of contact for customers and will be tasked with answering the phone and dealing with customer queries. You will then pass the queries onto the relevant team.

We are looking for someone who is bubbly, confident on the phone and is a real people person.

The office itself has a range of ages and has a real family feel.

Skills & Experience required:

Good customer care and communication skills.
Good telephone manor.
Computer literacy.
High standard of administrative skills.
