Call Centre Agents - temp 3 months �13.14 per hour - NorwichInsurance company is seeking experienced Call Centre Advisors to support their Motor Insurance team at their offices in Norwich.
These are temporary positions to start by 10th�June 2024 for an initial 3-month period and will pay �13.14 per hour.Working hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week.The roles will initially be office based, then moving to hybrid once trained.The Call Centre Agent will be responsible for answering inbound calls to support customers with non-complex queries and guide them to the appropriate onward claims journey.
�The successful Call Centre Advisor will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in a call centre environment, providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to be empathetic towards customers
- Able to explain things to customers in a clear and understandable way
- Able to offer the right solutions and signposting to customers based on their individual needs
- Experience of working in insurance is desirable, but not essential
- These roles will be subject to vetting checks.
