Cafe Supervisor

We are looking for a Café Supervisor to be responsible for the day to day supervision and management of their designated Union Cafe. The post holder must ensure a high quality service, implementing new products as directed by the Catering Manager and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety and statutory regulations are met and maintained
The role is a full-time and permanent contract.
Do you have previous supervisory experience in a café or retail environment? Have you got experience of ensuring that health and safety, food hygiene and other statutory requirements are met? The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the café is open for business and ensuring a high-quality customer service at all times. The successful candidate will support the Catering Manager in determining hours of service, price, products, product range, potential new opportunities, and service standards. The Café Supervisor will also be in charge of undertaking ongoing merchandising to ensure customer awareness of available products/services and continued sales growth.
