CAD Technician

I am recruiting for a
CAD Technician / Estimating Engineer to support to my clients Design Team.
The role is office based in the centre of Nottingham.

Youll be working in smart modern offices with the largest ind
ependent fire and security company in the UK, recognised in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 as an influential company . They are growing rapidly.
The purpose of the role is to have design responsibility for the production of fire alarm design proposals.
As the CAD Technician / Estimating Engineer, youll manage a number of designs / proposals at any one time, ensuring that designs and proposals are accurately costed and priced.
You will be working in a tight knit team with clients and engineers to provide compliant proposals in line with current British Standards.
Successful CAD Technician / Estimating Engineer candidates will also provide technical assistance, support and guidance to team members and coordinate the administration of all current enquiries, including job won handover files and estimating system updating.
