MEP / Building Services / Consultancy / CAD Technician / Revit
This role is to join a national, dynamic multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, providing a wide range of services across the majority of industry sectors including commercial, health, education, defence, residential and community.
Services include architecture, building surveying, building services engineering, planning, interior design, sustainability, civil and structural engineering, quantity surveying, project management, CDM and health and safety services.

CAD Technician Role Responsibilities
role will involve providing CAD Technician support to the M&E team and wider practice.
M&E scheme designs to detail design stage using Auto Cad under direction of M&E Engineers.
working drawing packages for tender and construction purposes to the required standard.
with other consultants and contractors as appropriate.
out measured surveys of buildings when directed.
site meetings as appropriate.
Skills & Experience Required
years’ experience of using AutoCAD and working in a Building Services Consultancy.
of the built environment and how buildings are constructed.
of M&E engineering services.
qualification (HNC or above), or proven experience.
