CAD Engineer

CAD Engineer: Our client, a major engineering component distributor in Leeds, seek to appoint a CAD Engineer to work in their busy technical team. Working alongside the Technical Manager and Sales Manager you will provide CAD support with 2D/3D drawings and 3D modeling using SolidWorks. The successful CAD Engineer will be tasked with handling projects and ensuring all customer requirements are met.

CAD Engineer - Responsibilities and Required Skills

• Experience of CAD Design in a technical and engineering environment
• Familiarity with GA engineering drawings
• Carry out 2D and 3D drawing and modelling, followed by creating all post-design documentation
• 3D experience with Solidworks
• Strong customer focus – managing customer projects from enquiry to order
