CAD Designer (Furniture / AutoCAD)

With a 40-strong team of designers, architects, and support staff, this studio creates exquisite interiors and offers a welcoming work environment. They're on the hunt for a CAD Technician who thrives in a team and can handle strict deadlines with ease. The role involves aiding multiple projects, providing technical expertise, and producing top-notch drawing packages. As a CAD Technician, you'll report directly to the Head of Architecture or a Senior Architect.
Essential Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry qualification.
Minimum three years' experience in high-end residential design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe CS, and Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the design team to produce required drawings, elevations, and RCPs.
Artfully render elevations and floor plans for client presentations.
Design and detail bespoke furniture and joinery.
Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure quality.
Produce schedules and specifications for contractors.
