The business, a provider of a range of data and internet services, are expanding from offering bespoke connectivity solutions, into working on fibre networks, completing installations for both commercial and domestic customers. There is a great opportunity to upskill, take on more responsibility, and progress through the business into either a technical expert or leadership role.
The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to learn & progress, have some experience with cabling both underground and overhead, hold some relevant tickets, and live within a commutable distance from Portsmouth.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but growing company in a new technically challenging role, with good earning potential, further training, and progression opportunities for the right candidate.
The Role:
*Pulling fibre on a variety of projects
*New customer connections & overhead and underground repairs
*Field based working around Portsmouth and surrounding areas up to 1 hour
*Training opportunities
*Van and tools provided
The Person:
*Experience with fibre network infrastructure
*Experience with underground and overhead cabling
*Manual Driving licence
*Based within an hour of Portsmouth
