Summary
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager Romania and to the Cluster Commodity Manager Integrated Equipment is responsible for Commodity Management for its Commodity Group at a local level. Accountable for with Supplier Relationship Management of the Local Strategic Suppliers within his/her Commodity group and responsible for the development of Local Framework Agreements with such supplier and must collaborate with the Cluster Commodity Managers for the development of Local and Global Agreements. In charge for the deployment of the Commodity Strategy and accountable for the timely and effective implementation of the Cost Reduction initiatives derived by these strategies, with the support of the Cluster Commodity Manager. Responsible for Local and Global Sourcing and Benchmarking initiatives to procure from Best Cost Countries (BCC).
Act as the unique point of contact for Purchasing within COMAU Germany organization for his commodity, supporting offering and project execution activities within the Country.
Duties and Responsibilities

Main areas of responsibilities are:
Deploying the Commodity Strategy at Local level
Managing all Procurement and Sourcing activities of his/her commodity for the local projects
Creating a strong and collaborative cross-functional team with key stakeholders locally and globally (Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.)
Fostering the Supplier Relationship Management with Local Strategic Suppliers and develop Local Framework Agreements with Preferred Suppliers, where applicable, while supporting the Global Commodity Manager with Global Agreements
Supporting Advanced Purchasing in the development of offering during Proposal phase
Supporting Global Sourcing and Benchmarking from Best Cost Countries (BCC)
