We are recruiting experienced Buyers in the Northwest to join the Procurement commercial team, involved in numerous Highways, Drainage, and Ground works projects valued between �1.5 mill and �20+ mill.

Buyer- Description

• Negotiation and management of suppliers
• Report and Analysis of supplier performance and compliance
• Expand procurement strategies and explore procurement opportunities
• New supplier market research and negotiation for favourable terms
• Internal liaison with wider production team to ensure operational needs are met
• Forecast supplier and market price trends

Buyer- Profile

• Excellent experience in Negotiation with all levels of stakeholders
• Experience procuring materials and plant for Civil Engineering projects
• Great Market insight and knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft applications

• Circa �40,000 - �45,000 p/a
