Salary: 44,000 + Package Location: London Region: LondonBuyer | up to £44,000 + package | Permanent | South LondonA leading main contractor in London is looking for a buyer to join their team. This company has a turnover of over 100m and produce developments with a high level finish. Our client is an exciting new player making its mark on the booming construction industry. The purpose of the Buyer will be to carry out plant and material procurement for the respective business units and divisions of the company. The role involves providing support to the Procurement Manager and their procurement initiatives.Key Duties:Placement of plant and material orders for our relevant sitesAnalysing received quotes for packages and using negotiation skills to achieve the best price.In charge of procurement schedules liasing with commercial and site teams.
