• Manage and oversee all procurement activities within the department, across a range of ingredients and food products.
• Negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
• Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
