Expertly prepare and portion a wide range of meats, including beef, pork, lamb, poultry, and game, using precise cutting techniques and tools, Inspect meats for freshness, quality, and appearance, ensuring that only the highest-quality products are offered to customers. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times ,Maintain a thorough understanding of different cuts of meat, including their flavor profiles, cooking methods, and culinary applications, to provide expert guidance to customers, Monitor inventory levels of meats and meat products, rotate stock, and minimize waste to ensure adequate stock levels and optimal product freshness, Demonstrate proficiency in knife skills and meat-cutting techniques, including boning, trimming, slicing, and portioning meats with precision and efficiency.
