In the pivotal role of Business Unit Manager, the selected individual will take the helm, exhibiting exemplary leadership and management skills to drive the unit's success. The role demands a strategic visionary who can seamlessly integrate tactical plans with overarching strategic improvement initiatives, ensuring the unit's objectives are not only met but surpassed.
The incumbent will be instrumental in orchestrating the day-to-day operations, as well as forecasting and planning for the short and medium-term, adeptly identifying potential risks and formulating robust contingency plans.
