An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join this leading independent Business Travel company, based near Lichfield. This role is homeworking but you will need to be based in the Midlands/Staffordshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Business Travel Consultant.

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Taking calls and e-mails from business clients and offering excellent customer service

* Deal with everything from private air charters through to group business travel bookings

* Also booking luxury and bespoke itineraries for CEOs.

* Effectively this will be your own unit; you will have your own clients and scope to expand this.

* This is an all-round role, you will not just be a business travel order-taker, you will be involved in operations i.e. ticketing and document despatch!

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

The successful candidate will ideally be a very experienced Business Travel Consultant, with a good working knowledge of Galileo, net and consolidated fares, ticketing and re issuing. You will be a decision maker, confident in dealing with demanding clients and enjoy offering unrivalled customer service.

THE PACKAGE:

In return you will receive a salary of up to 35k depending on experience, in a small, friendly, busy and most importantly expanding business travel company (a great chance to escape the large business travel call-centre environment!)
