The Role:
We are excited to be recruiting for a Business Transformation Manager who will form part of our highly skilled, dynamic and collaborative PMO team. The primary focus of the Business Transformation Manager will be to develop and implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity to support the continued growth and success of Clinigen.
Please note this is a hybrid position 2 days office based (Weybridge) 3 days WFH.
Key Responsibilities:
As our newly appointed Business Transformation Manager you will understand the strategic business needs, plan for growth and find solutions through analysing existing business processes to find opportunities for improvement.
Drive identification of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data, analyse information and propose process/solutions through to implementation.
To be meticulous in your documentation and evaluation of potential solutions through data gathering and root cause analysis — always working to bridge the gap among departments with improved efficiency and productivity.
Maintain excellent working knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies
Serve as thought leader for process improvements, developing forward-thinking prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
Create and implement precise management plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
Facilitate the development and implementation of the change management plan
Assist in the identification of key performance indicators to measure project success and benefits
Custodian of the process management system called ProMapp and its associated governance
Support the maintenance and delivery of Promapp training courses as part of induction and for BAU training
Ensure all process owners and experts are trained on how to create, edit and approve (if applicable) processes on ProMapp and how to manage improvement suggestions
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., sales, finance, compliance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial and executive teams
Evaluate, analyse and communicate requirements on a continuing basis, maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
Author and update internal and external documentation, formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
To follow, promote and enforce relevant SOPs, Job Aids, and Company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Lean Six Sigma certification highly desirable, including experience in applying the core methodology
Experience as a Business Analyst on transformation projects would be highly desired.
Experience in documenting and managing end-to-end requirements, coupled with adeptness in modelling techniques like BPMN and UML.
Substantial experience in applying continuous improvement thinking and methodologies
Experience and knowledge of project and change management principles, tools and techniques
Confident and effective facilitation skills
Demonstrable reasoned logic to decision making and ability to recommend solutions in complex situations
Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
Good influencing and stakeholder management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to influence and lead by example, clearly communicating plans and results, promoting ownership and encouraging a collaborative approach to achieve solutions
Ability to work with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment, delivering high quality outputs with strong attention to detail
