Business Transformation Lead
Contract, 6-12 months initially, £500-£600pd inside IR35, hybrid (London or Bristol 3 days per week), current SC Security Clearance required
We are currently recruiting for a Business Transformation Lead to join a high-profile programme within central government. The role will play a key part within the programme, navigating complex business transformations, supporting leaders and stakeholders to shape change management plans, and drive execution against those plans. The role will have a focus on stakeholder engagement and be responsible for ensuring the team are working inline with the rest of the programme.
Requirements:
Extensive business transformation experience
Experience working on large central government programmes
Strong stakeholder communication / management skills
Experience and knowledge of change management and operating model principles & methodologies
Ability to collaborate with a wide variety of people across the organisation
Ability to translate ideas into clear communications
