They produce a range of bespoke and off-the-shelf products that are high value, low volume capital equipment.With ambitious plans for the future, they are looking to double the size of the business to reach a £60M t/o within the next three years. As such, they are looking to bring on board a Business Transformation Director who can ensure that the processes and systems behind all aspects and functions of the organisation can facilitate their current and future business needs.Business Transformation Director – The Role:This is a new role for the business and is vital to their future success. It will involve taking a deep dive into the business, looking at all aspects from engineering and sales through to finance and HR in order to make the business more efficient.
