Our team has grown rapidly and we are responsible for the supply and management of specialist equipment and vehicles, supplying the Water, Energy, Transport, Data and Telecommunication sectors.
Who you are?
The Business Systems Analyst will work with the Plant and Fleet teams to review, improve and develop existing systems to enable MGSPFS to effectively and efficiently manage all Fleet / Plant / Vehicle and EV activity.
Leading and driving delivery of initiatives within budget and to agreed timescales, and employing relevant best-practice project management principles and methods, the Business Systems Analyst will ensure successful implementation of multiple systems changes and associated process improvements. Liaising appropriately with all stakeholders, including senior management, operational and commercial functions, peers, suppliers and clients.

As the Business Systems Analyst, you'll get the opportunity to:
Collaborate with the department and group IT teams and wider Project management teams to deliver systems developments, providing appropriate governance, planning, control and communication of progress and issues and risks
Work with your line manager and the wider business group to promote standardisation of systems and processes
Help identify and recommend processes and systems required to meet company and contractual requirements.
Work with 3rd party suppliers to develop current systems, identify gaps and introducing new innovations and technologies, where they will add value and best practice to the department and to help drive efficiencies and competitive advantage
Provide ongoing IT customer and end user support on systems and processes including Jaama Key2, Insphire, Jobwatch, Oracle and mobile apps
Assist with the integration of new business acquisitions as appropriate
What you'll bring?
Strong knowledge of Fleet management systems, with a specific knowledge of Jaama Key2 systems
Project management experience, with demonstrable systems delivery / implementation success
Excellent communication skills
Experience of systems fault analysis
Experience in systems end to end testing
Experience in process mapping and gap analysis, including IT user training and system administration.
Good awareness of current IT technologies and methodologies
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, including MS project and Visio
Ability to produce high quality documentation.
Evidence of being highly motivated with the ability to work as part of a team as well as working on own initiative.
Experience of fleet and plant management would be desirable.
