Job Purpose
Mundipharma operates Oracle E-Business Suite for Supply Chain, Manufacturing and its UK Commercial operations. The Oracle EBS system is tightly integrated with a recent implementation of SAP S/4 HANA that runs the rest of Mundipharma operations globally. It is also tightly integrated with Anaplan, used for Demand and Supply Planning. As such, Oracle EBS is a critical element on Mundipharma's technology landscape.
The Business Systems Analyst role will support the Oracle EBS system, from handling incidents, to working on the specifications and implementation of enhancement and projects in collaboration with our business stakeholders and our outsourced Application Managed Services partner.
Key Responsibilities
Resolution of incidents and service requests relating to Oracle E-Business Suite, liaising with business stakeholders and the Application Managed Services (AMS) partner, in line with agreed Service Level Agreements.
Ownership for the setup of critical master data (i.e. new products, routings, users, vendors and pricing etc) to high quality standard.
Pro-active monitoring and remediation of scheduled jobs and interfaces, and regular review of order chains to ensure these automations complete without error
Complete the business analysis, impact analysis, prioritization and delivery of enhancements and projects in collaboration with business stakeholders and AMS partner.
Ensures all changes to the Oracle EBS platform are conducted in adherence with GxP standards.
Education
Higher education degree or experience supporting large-scale systems (preferred)
Higher education degree in computing related field (preferred)
Certifications or Designations
Oracle EBS certifications
ITIL certification
Experience
1+ years Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1 supporting processes
5+ years Oracle E-Business Suite R12.1 Order Management, Finance & Manufacturing (preferred)
Pharmaceutical / regulated industry
International environment
EBS Interfacing
SAP process knowledge

Good knowledge of Oracle EBS Processes and practices covering finance, supply chain and manufacturing

Communication & Working Relationships
Senior IT Manager - ERP Centre of Excellence, IT Directors (members of ITLT and reporting to CIO) for the Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing functions
Business stakeholders - Interacts with a wide range of business stakeholders. At an operational level, daily interactions with ERP users across functions and geographies to triage, prioritize and revolve incidents and service requests
Quality - Quality staff for any GxP and Validation activities
Internal Audit - Auditors as part of regular internal audits
Yash - Application Managed Service (AMS) offshore team
WNS - Technical resources at WNS for any ERP related services and new deliverables related to automations required to deliver on efficiencies as per services contracted to Finance Shared Services Centre
External Auditors - E&Y, Mazars, and other firms as part of regular external financial audits of accounts and standard operating procedures
Working Conditions
The role is based in Cambridge, UK with flexibility to work from home but being present in the office as and when necessary.
