Fixed term 0 hours per week £11.44 per hour
– Ensure an effective and efficient reception service is provided to any visitors to the Academy.
– Deal with all general enquiries and make new and follow-up appointments.
– Receive and make telephone calls as required. Divert calls and take messages, ensuring accuracy of detail and prompt appropriate delivery.
– Take action on clinicians’ requests for further information/customer contact information etc, ensuring completion of all associated paperwork.
– Advise customers of relevant charges for private (non-General Medical Services) services, accept payment and issue receipts for same.
– Enter customer information on to the computer as required.
– Prepare rooms for any given services (including couch rolls, gloves, sanitiser and paper towels).
