An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with this leading property company who offices located in Leeds City Centre. Joining an established team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and marketing of properties and managing business sales nationally. Supporting the wider office team with all administrative duties, this fully office based role is a great opportunity for a senior administrator to take on a new challenge. Key responsibilities will include:Creating and maintaining a schedule of current and forthcoming salesOverseeing the preparation, typing and configuration of property catalogues Ensure bidders are approved and enquiries are directed to the correct case handler Oversee the issuing of invoices and handling payments Marketing support- posting on social media platforms and all industry mediumsPrepare case studiesSupport with the planning and delivery of all eventsMaintaining cash bookLog all salesTo manage administration workload Creation of electronic case files Manage and arrange all team meetings/ appointments and teams callsAnswer all telephone callsDeal with all client enquiriesGeneral administration supportThis is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy team with the day to day administration and office support, this is a fully office based role and you will be working 9-5 Monday-Friday, the successful candidate will have;Minimum of 3 years senior administration experienceExcellent communication skillsStrong written skillsTeam playerProficient in all MS Office packages, Advanced in Excel is essentialIf you feel you hold the above skills and experiences please send your CV immediately
