We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Business Support Coordinator to join our busy team at our Waste Treatment Plant on the Isle of Wight. As a business support coordinator, you will be supporting our operational collections team with a variety of administrative duties.
About the Role:
In this fast-paced role, you will be supporting a high workload of a very busy administration team. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Processing purchasing transactions and creating purchase orders and invoices.
Use the BARTEC system to log any missed waste collections and to manage the Garden Waste Collections.
Supporting Thalia’s Maintenance, Finance, Trade and Operations with administrative requirements.
Supporting with the issuance of permits for trade businesses.
Responsible for creating daily and weekly reports.
About You:
The ideal candidate will be a resilient team player with strong administrative skills. You will be able to work at a fast pace and have good experience with Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel. The ability to pick up new information quickly is essential in this role.
Key Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in a similar administrative role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Resilient and able to handle high workloads.
Excellent team player with strong communication skills
Ability to pick up new information quickly.
