The Performance Manager will report directly to the Business Services Director, with their main task being to support various PFI contracts and minimise financial deductions.
What will you deliver?
Leading a team to manage reactive work order requests, acting as the interface between help desk, contract, site teams, and service partners.
Coordinating with subcontractors and in-house operatives to ensure accurate reporting and timely closure of work orders.
Maintaining and managing CAFM system data input for accurate recording and distribution of work orders.
Generating analytical reports on reactive Work Order performance.
Producing routine reports and presentations for effective contract management.
Supporting risk management across operational, financial, commercial, and technical aspects.
Collaborating with the commercial team on monthly reporting packs.
Assisting BSC Managers in identifying performance improvement opportunities.
Reviewing and understanding commercial contracts.
Assisting the Business Services Director in meeting contract and company objectives.
Addressing key risk areas reactively and providing timely support to Finance and Operations.

Unique role requiring commercial background, preferably in FM.
Expected 37.5 hours per week.
Hybrid - 3 days in office
