The apprenticeship will take around 18 months to complete and result in gaining your NVQ level 3 in customer service.About the role:As a Business Support Apprentice, you will be developing within the role guided by your mentor. The role will be based within our customer service team working from our branch in Tonbridge. One day a week is allocated to complete your College coursework and the option to work from home when completing this is available.You will not be required to attend college, all courses are online and assessments are submitted via a secure portal.You will be involved in a wide range of activities including data analyst, using this information to support both complaints and compliments from the client, tenants, and residents. Attending meetings and site visits and arranging social value events with local schools and community groups.Role Criteria:GCSEs minimum grade 4 in Math's and English.Great Communication skills.Knowledge of Microsoft office, Excel, outlook, Word etc.All our roles require candidates to have the right to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
