The Trust will provide advice, guidance and support on vaccinations and access to vaccinations where requested.Job Description:We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Business SupportAdministrator (Full Time, Band 3) to join our award-winning service.The Bristol Dementia Wellbeing Service is a partnership between AlzheimersSociety and Devon Partnership NHS Trust, supporting people living with dementiawho are registered with a Bristol GP, alongside support to their carers. We arepassionate about helping people living with dementia to live as well aspossible, for as long as possible.Weare looking for a dynamic person to provide comprehensive and efficient administrativesupport. You will need to have good knowledge of IT, computer literacy and wordprocessing skills and be able to work to a high standard independently.Thesuccessful candidate will form part of our administration team and will alsoprovide support and cover for other elements of the services admin functions,including responding to day-to-day needs of the service.Theservice works with people with dementia, their carers and the wider community,and the post holder is often our first point of contact for our service users. We are committed to ensure that everyone has the right to be the person they are, to live without fear or prejudice.Main duties of the jobThe post holder will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day running of the office, which will include answering the telephone, ordering and maintaining stationery, welcoming visitors to site, taking minutes and supporting colleagues as required. Other responsibilities may include responding to emails and typing letters, dealing with queries from a number of sources in a calm and pleasant manner and the ability to work under pressure.
