OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
SALARY £25k-£30k DOE WALTON ON THAMES About the Role: Our local client are looking for someone to join their busy and friendly Engineering team as an Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing thriving business who value their staff and have strong development pathways. Duties:
Provide administrative support for the business Provide Support for customers Sales order processing in SAP Booking orders Confirming orders to customers Sales Order Processing in SAP Booking orders Providing quotations Following up quotations Liaising with sales team, customers and head quarters Confirming orders to customers Follow the complete order process through to on-time delivery to the customer:
Candidate requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable with main IT packages, SAP Enterprise, Outlook, MS Teams, CRM (Salesforce)
