Wepride ourselves in having a team ethos and employee centricenvironment and we are currently seekinga customer focused, Business Support Administrator.The successful candidate will support the Sales Team and will play akey administrative role in supporting the rest of the business with administrative duties i.e stock replenishment, booking in visitors, managing building maintenance via the landlord etc.. You will work in a fast pace environment, processing sales orders, quotes, proposals, tenders and purchase orders.Specific responsibilities for the Sales Team include dealing with quotations,sales order acknowledgements and monitoring ongoingorders. Sales are often the first point of contact for customers, who may need assistance with orders, requests and special paperwork required for receipt of the productsthrough the customs process.Ideal candidates for the role are efficient and adaptableworkers with good all round administrative abilities, experience of working with CRM systems , sales tools andspreadsheets. You must have excellent customer service skills and be organised.Key responsibilitiesSales order processingProcurement managementSupporting Account ManagersSupplier managementSupportwithback-office functionsSupport with general office administrationCreating and sending quotes / proposalManaging the sales ordering processMaintaining CRM systemProviding sales reports to managementLiaising with clients.
