Job DescriptionThis is an incredible exciting opportunity to join a new team in a rapidly growing organisation, working with the Head of Operations, with wide-reaching responsibilities. As a Business Support Administrator, your role will involve close collaboration and strong partnerships with stakeholders and teams across the organisation at both agency and group levels. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, accuracy, and delivering high-quality solutions. The role has responsibilities within all areas of business operations, from human resources to marketing, legal, and employee engagement. Responsibilities: Maintain our CRM (CMAP), design and generate reportsDevelop new sites and maintain SharePointMaintain operational processesResearch and create both internal and external presentationsResearch and organise events such as trade shows and staff functions such as summer socials and Christmas partySupport in the management of our Oxford officeReview legal materialsHandle sensitive information in a confidential mannerCoordinate office proceduresDevelop and update company systems to make them more efficientResolve operational problems proactivelyProvide professional communication internallyImplement clerical duties and administrative processesLiaising with our IT supplier to resolve issues, arrange deliveries and returnsAny other duties as required*Please note - we're unfortunately unable to offer sponsorship for this role*
