We are currently recruiting for a Business Support Administrator role for our public sector client.
The role is 3/6 months initially with opportunity for extension.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to work in a new environment within the public sector, whilst also taking the next step into their career.
Key Responsibilities
Dealing with incoming and outbound calls & emails
Support complex meetings i.e. producing & circulating paperwork, taking minutes etc.
Able to deal with customers to a high standard
Understanding confidentially & data protection
Ability to assist in fulfilling new procedures
Good verbal and written communication skills
Candidate Specification
Excellent Excel skills
Good knowledge of using Outlook
Good interpersonal skills
Organised and methodical
Be customer focused
Good verbal and written communication skills
This will be an immediate start so candidates will ideally be available straight away.
