We’ll be bold and open-minded in our pursuit of solutions to help people transform their lives.What you’ll be doingWe are looking for a Business Support Administrator for a 4 day a week, part time 16 month Maternity cover contract. In this role, you are responsible to provide effective and efficient administrative support to all CHP teams whilst also giving excellent customer service to internal and external customers.You will also ensure a welcoming and safe environment for employees and visitors and strive for constant improvement through continual development, communication and feedback.Provide a full printing, scanning, document storage and business support service where this is required to support multiple CHP teams.Provide a professional and effective Myriad House reception service.Co-ordinate requisitions for goods / services in accordance with the Company’s Financial Regulations and Standing Orders.Process external management invoices which are either received through post or e-mail. This includes filing, preparing an approval upload spreadsheet and seeking approval. Following up with management companies to transfer documents from postal to online to gain efficiencies.Produce bi-weekly certificates for suppliers through OPEN Housing for financially completed jobs and provide these to all CHP contractors with outstanding work to be invoiced.What we’re looking forGCSE or equivalent with a good standard of literacy and numeracy or equivalent demonstrable prior learning.Experience of administrative procedures.Experience in a facilities management environment.Able to work flexibly, as a member of a team.Committed to equality of opportunity, we welcome applications from all sections of the community.
