In this role, you will use yourexpertise to identify and solve complex problems, assess the businessneeds of our clients, and provide strategic guidance on how to bestutilise technology and other solutions to meet their goals.As a Transformation and Change Analyst at Sparta Global,you will embark on a transformative development journey that combinesacademic learning, coaching, mentorship, real-world client projects,and continuous growth opportunities across a variety of industries andsectors.As you progress through client projects you willhave the opportunity to gain further qualifications along the way thatwill give you the chance to level up your skills as you take on avariety of roles including Business Analyst, Project Manager, ProjectSupport, PMO (Project Management Officer), Scrum Master and Productowner.We are the experts in building skills andconfidence in a fun and supportive environment that will not onlychallenge you but also develop your specialist capabilities ready towork on our clients' projects.
