My client, a renowned name in the betting industry, is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst to join their growing team. You will play a crucial role in delivering prompt and efficient support to all users, taking ownership of incidents, problems, and changes to ensure seamless operations.
Candidates should have:
Experience working as an analyst OR understanding the role an analyst plays within an organisation.
A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
Good organisation and time management skills.
Excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office products.
Computer skills, i.e. SQL, Power BI, or Advanced Excel.
