Brook Street are happy to announce that we have a fantastic opportunity for budding accounting graduates to join a well established client based in Newport. We're searching for newly graduated, or candidates who are looking to pursuit a career as a fully chartered accountant. The role is offering £24,000 per annum.

What to expect
First Year:
In your first year, you'll learn how to prepare financial accounts for various types of businesses and assist in audits by examining profit and loss sections. You'll also study essential subjects like Accounting, Assurance, Business & Finance, Law, Management Information, and Principles of Taxation.
Second Year:
During your second year, you'll build on your audit skills, completing all audit tasks under the guidance of a manager. You'll also gain experience in independently preparing statutory accounts with minimal supervision. Additionally, you'll delve into advanced topics such as Business and Planning, Business Strategy, Financial Management, Audit & Assurance, Financial Accounting & Reporting, and Tax Compliance.
