Business Services Assistant . This role will be instrumental in support the provision of accounting and business advice services, developing the necessary professional competencies through formal and on-the-job training. You will work flexibly to meet deadlines and uphold high service levels whilst maintaining fairness, equality, diversity, and inclusivity in everything that you do.

Your responsibilities
Here's a bit more on what you can expect to be doing day-to-day:
Crafting comprehensive sets of accounts along with detailed working papers for review by your manager.
Meeting designated deadlines for all accounting tasks.
Efficiently managing your workload and client expectations, leveraging your expertise to enhance the team's performance.
Cultivating strong client relationships to optimise outcomes and actively contributing to business growth initiatives.
Maintaining keen awareness of project timelines and completing assignments within specified parameters.
Implementing strategies to minimise review points and enhance project efficiency.
About You:
We're searching for candidates who bring a dynamic blend of experience and qualifications to excel in this role:
Possessing either partial or full AAT, ACCA, or ACA qualifications.
Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating within a team environment.
Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Dedication to enhancing professional and technical expertise.
Eagerness to cultivate a diverse set of IT skills to enhance performance.
Enthusiasm for engaging in formal training opportunities, including on-the-job learning experiences.
