The opportunity
QBE
’s Managed Fund Claims business
is undergoing a significant amount of transformation and are seeking a Business Reporting Analyst to join the
MFC
Customer
Engagement and Performance
team on a full-time permanent basis. This role will see you gathering, analysing, testing, and reporting on existing or new data bases. You will be a key member of the team,
working closely with our internal stakeholders and using your data insights to help inform customer risks,
and
guide
the implementation of solutions to improve overall
business
performance and end to end customer journey.
Your new role
Undertake the analysis
of customer data
and provide insight into data and trends
, guiding improvement in
customer e
ngagement and performance
Prepare reports that accurately and sufficiently describe business needs and result in desired outcomes
Liaise with the business and stakeholders to
identify
key metrics and develop reports or business models to
monitor
these regularly
Collaborate, build, and
maintain
strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure business requirements are well communicated and understood
Contribute to the development of new and innovative ways of modelling, presenting and articulating data.
Your story so far
The candidate we are looking for must be inquisitive, have excellent communication and relationship building skills, combined with
a strong desire
to analyse and help solve complex business problems.
Experience working with
Excel,
SQL
& Power BI
Ability to story tell through data and verbal communication with a variety of stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong business acumen
Demonstrated ability to liaise with technical and non-technical staff to achieve results
Business stakeholder management with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
Desired- Experience in Financial Services or Insurance
Desired- Experience with
QLIK reporting
Desirable experience in ETL
