Business Processing Administrator (Wealth) - LondonOur client is looking for a Business Processing Administrator to join their team based in London. You will have the responsibility for providing comprehensive, confidential, and professional support to the Business Processing Manager and the wider teams. Supporting the Business Processing Team with day to day administrative duties; you will ensure that all client related tasks and activity is completed to the highest standard and in line with business SLAs.Some of your responsibilities will include:Letter of Authority processingCalling 3rd party providersDealing with general client queriesDealing with incoming postNew business processingData entry on spreadsheetsCase pipeline tracking – liaising with Advisers to identify any issuesSubmit and manage outsourced paraplanning cases on TrackerRequirementsHave a minimum of 1 year experience working in a Financial Advice firm, ideally within the St James' Place networkProven work experience as an administrator or within an office support roleExcellent written communication skillsExcellent Customer service skillsAttention to detailAbility to build rapport and manage client relationships; both over the phone and in personManage time effectively with the ability to multi-taskAlways demonstrate a can-do attitude and take ownershipA great team player If this sounds like the position for you, then please forward your CV to #####
