Business Process Analyst & UAT Lead,
we have 2 roles available. This role can be based either in
London, UK
or
Rotterdam, The Netherlands.
In this position you will play a key role as a member of our project team looking to standardize, simplify and automate HR processes across our European Region (circa 25K employees) into a suite of systems centered around Oracle Fusion. You will work with our Project Teams, in business HR, HR Operations teams and Head Office Teams supporting the assessments of in-country processes, fit gap analysis, and supporting E2E processes and solutions for the region, country or location. These roles will support the full project life cycle of exploration, design, development, testing, training and change management. The design of system and processes is based on best practice starting with a global focus and dropping down to regional and in country where required by statute, legislation or critical business needs. You are part of the CoE of HR Operations for Europe.
About the role
How you will contribute
Work with and collaborate with all key stakeholders across the region, making sure those required are managed based on a RACI and engaged appropriately to ensure effective buy in.
Lead, develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive and robust UAT plans, including test case creation, execution, and result analysis.
Facilitate strong collaboration across various teams and departments, ensuring seamless communication and stakeholder engagement.
Lead, assess (fit gap) against global/regional highlevel process and develop detailed processes for the future which are simplified, consolidated, standardized, automated. Build the taxonomy for the businesses future processes ensuring a thorough audit trial and documentation are in place, with detailed processes for each step documented effectively.
Provide regular status updates to senior management, maintaining transparency and visibility of UAT progress.
Establish and maintain strong governance framework to ensure adherence to regional standards, testing protocols and alignment with project timelines.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and team leads to understand and leverage the self-service potential regionally and by country.
Understand, unpick and design fit for purpose system change processes within the region (in collaboration with global) ensuring that processes notify all required and are clear and available to those that need to utilize them.
Work to create effective processes and knowledge to manage system access and user queries for Oracle pan Europe, building self-service support as appropriate.
Ensure appropriate change management activities are managed directly or indirectly across the life cycle of the program by collaborating with the wider project team.
What you will bring
Proven experience in leading UAT teams and managing complex UAT plans in a dynamic environment.
Cycle principles, Software Development Life Cycle principles and Quality Assurance methodologies and best practices.
Proven experience of design of effective self-service HR processes, and creation and execution of supporting documentation, design of detailed test plans, and creation and execution of test scripts, Implementation planning and management, ensuring Quality of the overall engagement of stakeholders.
Experience of leading program workstreams and being point-of-contact for client leads/managers.
Lead in and developing the definition, implementation, and maintenance of standard QA processes, methodologies, and templates for use on deliverables on these major programs.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
In-depth knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Experience with HRIS and process mapping tools.
